APEX Commission Levels
All agents contracted through Apex start at the commission levels shown. As your production grows, you can earn access to higher commission tiers.
Real, earnable carrier incentive trips. Many Apex agents qualify for 5-day, all-expense-paid conventions and incentive vacations in destinations such as Hawaii, Aruba, the Bahamas, and Alaskan cruises.
Renewals are paid to agents directly by carriers. Agents are vested day 1.
Commission details vary by product and carrier. Graded or modified benefit policies, as well as certain age bands, may pay lower commissions. All compensation information is subject to change without notice. (Last updated February 2026)
