Since entering the industry in 2020, Jordan has:

• Earned two carrier incentive trips every year

• Produced over $500,000 in a single year on his own pen

• Built his business face-to-face, week in and week out

Before insurance, Jordan worked as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Controller—a background that shaped his approach to pressure, decision-making, and systems.

That mindset carries into Apex: disciplined processes, clear expectations, and no tolerance for shortcuts that don’t hold up long-term.

Mark Stover brings decades of industry experience to Apex, including more than 10 years with a top Final Expense IMO.
