These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Apex Senior Benefits LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our SMS program, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Business Identity Clause

Apex Senior Benefits LLC provides customers with contracting assistance, onboarding support, appointment notifications, and operational communications. By enrolling in our messaging program, you agree to receive SMS messages related to appointment confirmations, operational communications, and follow-ups regarding services you have requested.


2. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 469-577-0081. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].


3. Carrier Liability Clause

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


4. Message Frequency Clause

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. Age Restriction
